After answering a few security questions, you can Create a PASSWORD. If you have an 8-digit Voice Response PIN, enter it. You must change it to the new PASSWORD, which you can use here and as your telephone PIN. (For example, Password Abcd1234 would be input as 22231234). You can Change your Password at any time and Reset it yourself if you forgot it. For Help using this system, click at the upper right corner of every screen.
